BPC-157 DOSAGE
Bodybuilders and biohackers use anywhere from 250mcg to 500mcg a day of BPC-157 but the minimum effective dose that most male users have found is 250mcg a day.

The shortest BPC-157 cycles are usually around 1-2 weeks if it’s a cut or burn and the longest ones can last for up to 24 weeks if it’s post-surgery, a torn ligament, etc.
